The light was amazing for this. One beam of light hitting the trees on the Trump Tower. The original color photo is a couple of photos down, but the color really didn't add to the picture, so I took it out.

Hyacinths through the winter Roses

The hyacinths at the base of the winter rose bush, just starting to turn green fascinated me. The light filtered through the trees and the stalks from above. It is death, rebirth and new life in the springing.

Day moon

I love when the moon is out during the day - it's like the promise that the dark/light are never far from each other. It's hopeful and serene.

Another shot from our neighborhood assignment. Where else but in West Denver would they be so amibitous as to put lions on the front porch of their tiny bungalow. We loves it.

Part of an assignment to capture a neighborhood, time and place. This was in West Denver, and all that is missing is an Our Lady of Guadalupe statue, which I am tempted to Photoshop in just to complete the photo.
